SocialeEazy is a social-media planning, approval and publishing workspace operated by Greys & Blues. This policy explains how information is handled when an authorised user connects a professional social account or uses the service.
Information we process
- Account and workspace information supplied by authorised users.
- Instagram and Facebook identifiers, usernames and credentials supplied through Meta authorisation.
- Brand guidance, captions, media, schedules, approvals and publishing records.
- Security and activity records required to operate and protect the service.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, connect the accounts they select, prepare and approve content, publish authorised content, display delivery status, and secure the service. SocialeEazy does not sell personal information.
Storage, sharing and security
Connected-account credentials are encrypted on the server. Information is sent to Meta only when required for account connection, account lookup and user-authorised publishing. Access is restricted to authorised workspace members.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained while a workspace or connection remains active and as needed for security and legal obligations. See the data deletion instructions for removal requests.
Your choices
You may revoke SocialeEazy in Instagram or Facebook settings, disconnect an account inside the workspace, or request deletion of associated data.
